We hope you love your new purchase, however we fully understand that purchasing online is not as easy. We take a lot of pride in our quality here at SCK. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily exchange or refund you on full priced items.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, item/s must fit the below requirements:
- Item/s must be returned within 5 days of purchase - Item/s must be in the original condition - Returns must be sent back with the original invoice provided as proof of payment. - Item/s must be unworn, still have tags intact & be in sale-able condition.
(The SCK team determines the condition of which item/s have been returned).
You must request SCK for an exchange due to availability. If the item is no longer available that you wish to exchange it for, a refund will be issued and you will be notified via email. You can then accept our refund, or choose another item/s which is available.
SCK does not refund shipping cost unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
- Faulty items will only be accepted for return within a reasonable time frame and with the swing tag still attached (along with proof of purchase). - Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are damaged when received or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. - Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. - A full refund will be given for an item that cannot be repaired or replaced.

(Please note: SCK does not offer refunds/exchanges on swimwear items due to hygienic reasons)
To return your parcel:
Notify SCK via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified via email and your refund will be processed.

Please allow 5-10 business days for orders within Australia. Exchanges will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.
As we do not offer merchandise exchanges (in the traditional sense) and our stocks on some items may be limited, it is advisable that you place a second order to ensure you get the right size and/or colour and then return your original purchase and we will credit your account accordingly (once we receive your original return).
