We know how difficult it can be when sometimes buying clothing online, which is why SCK offer a 5 day, trouble-free exchange policy (excluding sale items and promotional discounts) to ensure the item of clothing you purchase is going to be the right fit for you.
Please note: We allow international customers 10 days when exchanging to allow for extra shipping time.
An exchange will be issued upon the return of the item within 5 days of receiving your purchase, providing the item has not been worn, altered or washed and still has the original swing tag attached.
Please note, purchases returned for an exchange that are damaged, washed, marked or have any sign of being worn will not be eligible for an exchange.

Upon purchase, an Invoice which includes returns information will be enclosed and dispatched with your parcel.
In order for your return to be accepted, you must post your item back to us within 24 hours of us verifying that your return is eligible for an exchange.
Parcels returned for exchange MUST include a return postal satchel for us to send back the exchanged item. If a return is sent back without a return satchel included, the customer will be invoiced to pay for return shipping.
Please note, we highly recommend that all customers only use signature on delivery return satchels when exchanging items to assure that the returned parcel does not get lost or stolen.

Before returning a parcel for an exchange, be sure to check the website for sizing availability.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return within a reasonable time frame and with the swing tag still attached (along with proof of purchase).
Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are damaged when received or where a manufacturing fault has occurred.
Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
A full refund will be given for an item that cannot be repaired or replaced.

For health reasons, no returns will be accepted if a hygiene seal has been removed on swimwear.
Change of mind refunds will not be accepted unless returns are in their original condition (as purchased).

Shipping and Deliveries
A shipping fee applies to all orders, regardless of how many pieces you purchase.
Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST, it will be dispatched the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is dispatched. This allows you to see how close you are to receiving your package.
It is recommended that your parcel be sent to an address where someone can receive it between 9am – 5pm.
